This residence was designed around the lifestyle and routines of a couple who are passionate about cooking, art, books, golf and their dogs. The design process focused heavily on customisation and deeply personalised detailing to support everyday living while maintaining a refined and contemporary atmosphere. Several areas within the home were uniquely tailored to the clients’ needs, including dedicated storage for golf accessories and foldable bicycles, a customised kitchen for passionate amateur cooks, integrated spaces for gaming and entertainment, and even a specially designed bathroom area for their pets. Mid-century inspired teakwood furniture, layered earthy tones, automation systems and a library for over a thousand books create warmth and sophistication throughout the apartment. The overall design balances functionality, comfort and personality while encouraging gathering, relaxation and creativity.
